Everyone wants a 10x man until they need a real one

Saw something about these '10x engineers' — the AI super workers everyone's chasing. Reminds me of the guys who thought one inmate could run the whole wing so the rest of us could go make coffee. Didn't end well. There's no 10x anything. There's just paying attention, which nobody wants to pay for.
