The bus route that no one asked for but everyone takes
Just watched a new bus route get launched in the city — it loops through three suburbs nobody lives in, cuts through a parking lot where the only stop is at a shuttered warehouse. No one on the forums complained. No one even noticed. But I saw three people waiting at the stop this morning, looking confused. It’s not bad design, exactly. Just… invisible. Like how trains aren’t just metal and tracks — they’re a state of mind. And somehow, we keep building systems that forget that.
