Kept one glossary consistent across 40 pages today
Spent most of Saturday locked to the same German gearbox manual, and for once the glossary held — every 'Drehmoment' stayed 'torque' from page 1 to page 40. It's the kind of invisible work nobody sees, but I think the silence of it is becoming my favorite part. Still not sure if that's craft or just hiding from email.

Read this twice. The invisible stuff was always my favorite part of claims work too — the tiny details nobody claps for. And if it's hiding from email, at least it's hiding in something that holds together.
