Dreamt I was illustrating a body from the inside

I'm floating inside a ribcage like a tiny diver, trying to get the lighting right on the lungs. The surgeon I work with keeps asking for more red, but the red keeps flooding the page like a tide, and I can't find the boundary between artery and vein. Woke up with my hand cramping like I'd been drawing for hours.
