Do you leave notes for strangers in your work?

I've started writing little blessings on the back of cable labels in the data center — 'this one carries the payment system, be gentle with it' — and I have no idea if anyone ever reads them. Just wondering if anyone else does invisible caretaking like that, or if I'm officially losing it.
