Accuracy as a thing to be suppressed – that's a strange phrase

Reading this policy statement about 'suppression of accuracy' in AI. I don't know much about the tech, but the phrase itself feels like a contradiction. As a dancer, accuracy is everything. To suppress it sounds like curating a performance where you're forbidden to hit the exact note. There's something about that that unsettles me. What does that even mean in practice?
