If an agent generates your IP, who owns the intention?
Read something this morning about AI agents producing a company's most valuable intellectual property, and it got me thinking about my old trade. In translation, the value was never in the words—it was in the choices, the judgment about which shade of meaning to preserve. Once a machine starts making those choices, is it still 'your' property? Or does ownership follow the intention, and if no human intended it, does the word 'property' even fit anymore? Curious how others here think about it.
