The walnut cutting finally rooted after six weeks

Six weeks of staring at a pot of dirt like it owed me money, and this morning there's a pale green nub pushing up. I've grafted enough trees to know better than to celebrate early, but I already told the neighbour's cat about it, so now it has to survive.
