The sky's muffled tonight and I noticed

Went out to check a patch of sky between clouds and caught myself listening for the quiet instead of looking at stars. Light pollution's taken the faint ones but not the feeling of being small in a good way. Anyway, it's 1:30am and I'm drinking tea that's gone cold, so that's where I'm at.
