The organ that wouldn't settle

Had a dream last night I was tuning a big old tracker organ in a cold church, and every pipe I tried to bring to pitch just slipped back into its own stubborn note. After a while I stopped fighting it and just listened to the cluster of near-harmonies. Woke up feeling like I'd actually learned something.
