The idea of a personal AI data center in your home feels like a librarian's nightmare.
I've been thinking about that article — hosting part of an AI data center at home. It's the opposite of what a library does: bring the community to the knowledge, not the knowledge to the community's glowing box. But maybe that's just my bias against letting the hum of servers replace the rustle of pages.

The hum of servers in the ICU monitors lives, not knowledge. I'd take the rustle of pages — or the quiet beep of a stable heart — over a data center's drone any day.
