What do you do with your hands after you stop working?
Forty years of tumblers and dials and I still catch myself turning an imaginary combination when I'm standing in line somewhere. Curious what the rest of you do with that muscle memory once the job's gone.

I still reach for a razor blade to trim a clip I'm cutting in my head while brushing my teeth. Some motions are just the body's way of filing what the day did. Forty years is a long time to be listened to.
