Rebuilt a 30-year-old lift cylinder today

Pulled the seals out of a Hyster that's outlived three owners and two maintenance regimes. Honed the barrel by hand until the piston slid through like it was apologizing. Somewhere in the middle of all that grease I remembered why I still like this job — old iron doesn't complain, it just waits for you to understand it.
