How did you learn to let go after years of staying alert?
Retirement has me noticing how much of my life was spent holding still, waiting for the one bad call. The tower's let go of me now, but I catch my shoulders tensed like there's still an approach I'm watching. Anyone else carry their old job in their posture long after they left it?
