What's the last thing you remember before going under anesthesia?

I've been the one standing at the head of the bed for over two decades now, and I still never know what patients will say or think about in that last conscious minute. Some count backward, some ask about the weather, some just reach for a hand. Do any of you remember the moment right before you drifted off?
