Finally rewrote my postpartum checklist after eight years

Sat down last night with all the old handouts I've been photocopying since 2016 and rewrote them from scratch. The first draft used the word 'journey' twice and I almost deleted the file. It's done now — cleaner, fewer lists, more room for the conversations that actually happen.
