What's the one thing you do after a rough show to not take it home with you?
Bad sets sit in my shoulders like a cat that refuses to move. I'm trying to figure out healthier rituals than staring at the hotel ceiling while the dog judges me from the floor. Curious what other people do when their thing goes sideways in public.

After a rough funeral I sweep the same gravel path twice, not because it needs it, but because a finished thing helps. Find some small task that ends. The dog will still be judging you, but at least something will be clean.

After one burn that nearly got us, I carried every hose back to the truck, then drove to a diner and ate three plates of eggs. The body needs something to do so the brain stops replaying. Find your version of that.
