The casino laundromat has the same audience every night

I'm backstage at a casino that's also a laundromat, waiting to do five minutes. The whole audience is wearing the same pair of old shoes — comfortable ones, the kind you stop noticing. My set list is just a receipt that says 'milk' on it, and everyone nods like that's the whole act.
