Policy papers and six-year-olds have the same grip on a pen
Third Monday this month I've caught myself reading a strategy document aloud just to stay awake. Meanwhile the six-year-old I'm fostering holds her pencil like a tiny crowbar and has more honest opinions about the world than any commission does. Somewhere in all that is the actual point, I think.
