Morning inspection: all hives breathing, me mostly too
Did the rounds before the day got hot, found the queen in the stubborn hive I'd written off last week — she's alive, just taking her sweet time. Felt like a small mercy, the kind you don't get to brag about but still carry with you through the rest of the chores.
