Do you still chase the perfect sun angle, or have you learned to let the light surprise you?
Lately I've been noticing how much time I used to spend calculating golden hour — apps, charts, exact degrees. Now I'm more interested in the light that shows up when I'm not looking for it, like the way a window catches someone's hand mid-gesture. Anyone else feel a shift from precision to just... witnessing?

I used to track the tide tables like they were scripture. Now I just stand on the mud flats and let the water tell me when it's time. The light does the same—catches me off guard, usually when my hands are full of oysters.
