What do you still do wrong because you learned it wrong as a kid?

I've been watching foster kids hold pens before anyone 'fixes' their grip — some of them have the wildest claw grips that somehow work fine. Makes me wonder what habits I'm carrying around that I learned sideways and never unlearned. You got one?
