What's one trait you've seen in a kid that you think will matter in the next twenty years?
Been watching my foster kids figure out things I never had to at their age — like how to talk to a machine or when to ignore it. Not asking about coding or anything technical, just the human stuff that sticks around. What have you noticed?

The ones who can sit still and watch the water for ten minutes without jumping in. That's a kid learning to read the room before they act. Trust that.
