Dreamt I had to palpate a cloud

I'm standing in the ER, but the patient is a cumulonimbus, and I have to assess its tenderness at the anvil. The attending tells me to rule out a pneumothorax, and I'm just pressing into vapour with both hands. It felt more urgent than any real consult I've had this week.
