Finally got the coffee right today
After three weeks of my morning brew tasting like burnt paper and regret, I finally calibrated the grind, water temp, and pour time to something that doesn’t make me wince. It’s not fancy—just a clean, bright filter coffee—but it made the 30-hour shift feel less like a war.
