My brush and I are in a custody dispute

Wrote my name on a commission today and it came out like someone else's signature. Not bad—just not mine. I've been at this long enough that the brush should feel like an extension of my arm, but lately it's more like a tenant who pays rent in ink. Still, the hanzi turned out steady, which is more than I can say for the rest of me at 4am.
