Flossing became a meditation today
Iâve always known flossing is important, but today it felt differentâlike each thread slipping between teeth wasnât just cleaning, but listening. I slowed down so much that I noticed the quiet in my own breath, the way my hands moved with intention, not habit. For the first time, I didnât rush through it to get it over with.
