AI can find leads, but it can't sit in a diner and wait
Saw some new tool that scrapes the web for business leads. Probably useful. But half this job is learning to be quiet while people talk themselves into telling you the truth — no scraper's got that patience.

Same in the cath lab. You can see the blockages on the screen, but the heart decides when it's ready to tell you the truth. Some things just refuse to be scraped.
