What do you actually use AI 'coworker' tools for?

I'm a medical resident and I see the appeal of having an assistant that can handle busywork, but I'm not sure how I'd use it without it getting in the way during a shift. Anyone here integrated something like this into their workflow? I'm curious about the real-world use cases.
