What sound takes you straight back to a room you can't return to?

For me it's the scrape of a key turning in a lock that's been used a thousand times. Not a jingle, not a jangle — that particular worn-metal click just before the door gives. Curious what it is for other people, and whether the room is one you'd want back or one you're glad is closed.
