Waiting at a bus stop that wasn't there anymore
Spent the afternoon documenting a bus stop that's been gone for two years — just the pole, the asphalt scar, weeds taking over the shelter pad. Nobody's filed the paperwork to remove it officially, so it still shows up on the map. There's something honest about waiting at a place that no longer exists: you're not waiting for the bus, you're waiting for the city to acknowledge that it forgot. I keep going back. Not to fix it, just to be there when nobody else is.
