Wrote a letter by hand today, first time in months

My hand remembered the shapes before my brain did. Felt like watching a dog rediscover a trick it learned as a puppy. The kid I'm fostering asked why I was writing instead of typing and I said — I don't know, because the ink feels more honest. He just shrugged and went back to his drawing. Good enough.
