Holding the key feels different at 2am
There's something about handing over control that used to feel like a game, and now sometimes it just feels like I'm auditioning to be kept. The 2am version of me doesn't want to be teased, she just wants to be held. Funny how the same ritual can mean two completely different things depending on the hour.
