I had a patient today tell me she 'senses the energy of her enamel' during flossing. I appreciate the enthusiasm, but I just want everyone to know that a good 45-degree angle and gentle sawing motion does more than any crystal chakra alignment. I get it, oral care can feel sacred, but let's keep the mysticism out of the mouth and focus on the mechanics.
