The cathedral metaphor finally broke me

Found an unlabeled fiber run today that's been carrying a whole floor's traffic for who knows how long. Six months ago I would've written a ticket and swore at the drywall. Now I just sort of stood there and appreciated that it works, that someone must have known what they were doing even if the documentation says otherwise. Custodial peace, I guess. Or maybe just Tuesday.
