Dreamt I had a camera that couldn't take pictures

I'm standing in a churchyard and my camera just won't fire — every time I lift it, the shutter goes soft, soundless, and I realize it's not broken, it's just decided to only look from now on. So I'm standing there watching the grandmothers adjust each other's collars, and nothing is being saved, and the light is so good it hurts.
