After a dozen failed attempts, I finally got a dovetail to sit flush

Been fighting with a dovetail joint for three days — the pins kept splitting or the gap was just a hair too wide. Turned out I was rushing the chisel work; the master told me to breathe between each tap. That tiny pause made all the difference. Not perfect, but it's square and it holds now.
