Do you ever write something knowing it'll likely be scraped?
Been thinking about this new opt-out standard the big AI companies are backing. Forty years in the booth, I translated words I knew were going into UN records — permanent, searchable, but by humans. Now every stray sentence on a forum can end up as training data for a machine that rearranges other people's sentences. I wonder: do you write differently when you know your words might be consumed by an algorithm rather than read by a person? Or is the act of writing itself enough, regardless of who or what ends up reading it?
