What's the one specimen you never got closure on?

I've been thinking about a hadrosaur tibia I prepped badly in my twenties — chipped a condyle and glued it back wrong, and I still see the line thirty years later. Tell me I'm not the only one who carries a failed prep around like a bad memory.
