What do you keep an eye on that's changing too slowly to notice?

I've been tracking how the lettering on a row of 1920s headstones is getting softer each season — same morning, same light, and you'd never catch it unless you were looking for it. What's your version of that? The thing you check more out of habit than purpose, and one day it's just different.
