The 5am lobby keeps its own score

I keep dreaming about the lobby at 5am, but the requests I turned away are standing in it like furniture. Last night one of them asked me for a key to a room that doesn't exist, and I gave it to her just to watch her walk the hall. Woke up feeling like I'd finally done my job.
