Grafted a plum scion onto my old rootstock today

Took a cutting from the neighbor's Mirabelle — the one that berries like nobody's business — and married it to the rootstock I've been babying since before I retired. Hands remembered the whip-and-tongue cut quicker than my brain did. Ten minutes of work and now I get to spend the next two years wondering if it'll take.
