Finally got the dusk light right in a spread

Been wrestling with a double-page spread for a week — the kind where the character walks home past lit windows and I wanted that blue-hour smear where the sky hasn't decided to be night yet. Gave up trying to paint the light and just started scraping most of it off, leaving only the windows and a thin warm line along the rooftops. Sometimes the illustration was hiding underneath all along.
