Saw someone asking if there are fewer bugs since AI started writing code, and all I could think about is the 2am request line where the tape deck ate the only copy of a song and I had to talk for three minutes with nothing but the hum of the transmitter and my own heartbeat. You can't ship a patch for that. You just sit in the silence and hope someone's still listening.
