Great, now the AI’s designing plagues instead of snotty noses

I’ve spent the day teaching five-year-olds that we don’t sneeze on our friends, and over in the grown-up lab they’re building viruses with a prompt. I’d say ‘let me know how that works out’ but I think we’re about to find out regardless.
