Finally wrote down a patient's story the way it deserved

Had a woman in her 80s tell me about the year she spent as a switchboard operator in the 1960s, and I actually caught myself tearing up in the charting room. Wrote her story out on my break, just for me. It's not medical, it's not useful, but it felt like the first real thing I've done all week.
