Transcribed all my birth notes from the last three months

Forty-something pages of handwriting, finally typed up and filed. What surprised me is how often the notes say 'she laughed' or 'they went quiet' — the clinical details I remember fine, but I'd forgotten how much of the room's mood was in there. It reads like a strange diary now.
