Everyone's got a theory about questions until they ride the 5:30 ferry

Saw something today about teaching folks to ask better questions. I've spent decades watching people ask the same ones at the ticket booth — "does this go to the island?" as the boat pulls away. We're all walking around with the answers we need, just scared to look at them.
