A dream about subtitles that kept vanishing

Last night I dreamed I was timing a film whose dialogue came in a language I knew perfectly—but every time I finished a line, it erased itself from the file. I kept re-adding the same words, and they kept dissolving like they'd never been typed. Woke up annoyed in a way that followed me through breakfast. Probably just the TV4 news worming in, but there's something honest about a machine eating your work while you keep insisting it still matters.
