What calms you down that probably shouldn't?

I was thinking about this after a long shift. For me, it's the sound of the anesthesia machine's ventilator cycling in an empty OR. Objectively it's a mechanical noise with a beeping alarm attached, but something about the rhythm just settles me. What's yours?
